Kristin “KJ” Jack
KJ brings a decade of experience in operations and executive support to her role as an Executive Assistant and all-around Chaos Coordinator. She began her career in international development, as a project manager for a global NGO before pivoting to support mission-driven leaders stateside. Over the past five years, she has become a trusted partner to executives across multiple nonprofits and businesses —helping launch new ventures, streamline operations, and build the infrastructure that allows teams to thrive.
KJ approaches every challenge through a lens of excellence, responsiveness, ownership, and sustainability—believing that effective solutions must serve both the moment and the long-term mission. A mentor to other executive assistants, she leads with clarity, presence, and a deep belief that great support work is people work first.
Outside of work, you’ll find her reading at the beach, throwing pottery, cooking or exploring a new city.
